The Story Behind the Product
Binh Duong province which is located immediately to the north of Ho Chi Minh City, is situated on relatively level terrain, and is crossed by the Saigon, Dong Nai and Be rivers. Lacquer ware made here, provides a living for 100 plus artisans. Your order helps them to improve their lives and that of their families. Artisans have passed down these traditions for over 4000 years and their techniques are very similar to Chinese and Japanese lacquer ware.
