The Story Behind the Product
Tatang and his family have been making handicrafts from natural materials for many years in his native Java, Indonesia. He says, 'Each piece requires a long process to finish, starting from harvesting the natural material, drying, coloring, weaving, and shaping the items. Each piece is individually and traditionally crafted and therefore may have a slightly different size, color and shape, this is part of the charm of my items.'
