The Story Behind the Art

Isabel is 38 years old and lives in northern Peru with her husband, 2 children, and other relatives in their small house. She acquires her materials from natural resources such as sheep and llama fleece as well as locally grown cotton for her creations. All her work is fully handmade and is pigmented with natural dyes.

The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.
