Story behind the item:
These items are made in a small studio in the North of Israel in a town called Tivon (half way between Haifa and Nazareth).The studio is owned by Avihu Zur, a master craftsman, painter, organic farmer, gourmet chef, and father of five. Avihu's studio employs many talented jewelers including Bedouin women who come from nearby Arab villages. Avihu is known for his pioneering and superior quality craftsmanship with roman glass jewelry and sells to fine galleries on four continents.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce slight variations in color, form, and sizing. All measurements are approximate. Please do not get your jewelry wet. Treat it as if it were 2,000 years old. Avoid handling the glass: oils from your hands may alter the glass color and remove its luster. Clean the silver with a cloth, but try not to rub the ancient glass. Treatment code E.
