The story behind the product:
In 1993, Pramana Suantara opened his workshop in the small village of Ubud, Indonesia that has since produced some of the finest examples of Balinese artisanship. Ten years previous he provided aid to the sick and suffering people of Indonesia, traveling from Badung to Tabanan. During this time, when opportunity afforded him, Pramana would often sit and reflect on the Balinese beaches, collecting the hued and motley shells born from the azure sea. Assisted by local and rural artisans, who have benefited at his hands, Pramana Suantara shares with you authentic Balinese shell craft and jewelry.
