Story behind the item:

Mango wood is indigenous to Northern Thailand. It is here, in the Golden Triangle, where Mr. Suwichack Ampanan and a small group of fellow artisans have been perfecting the craft of mango wood. They cover a variety of handcrafted items from candles to tabletop items and most recently furniture. Mr. Ampanan first learned the trade of mango wood about 15 years ago from his father. He now oversees a small group of five artisans, but is actively involved in most every piece that leaves the workshop.

The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design, weight, and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.
