Mancala, also known as Kalaha, is one of the world's oldest known games, having been played in ancient Egypt as far back as 1600 BC. Mancala is found all over the globe and is very popular in tribes all over Africa. The object is to accumulate as many balls as possible. The rules are simple, but formulating a winning strategy can be complex.
