Our new line of deluxe non-woven sponges is a unique rayon/polyester blend. The increased material weight helps to provide a more efficient sponge than our standard Avant Gauze? line by reducing the number of sponges required for each procedure. Non-woven material provides increased wicking ability as well as less linting than traditional woven sponges. (Compare to J&J Nu-Gauze.)
